Privacy Policy
Inspection Fee:
this is non-refundable fee to be paid only if the client decides not to proceed with any kind of repairs. It covers the time spent by the technicians in disassembling, diagnosing or assessing the issue.
Personal Data:
MobiTech Repairs Ltd is not liable for loss of data during repairing of a device Warranties: There is a 3 months return to base warranty on all repair (except liquid & physical damage), if warranty is contested the customer must be prepared to wait a reasonable amount of time ( up to 4 week) for the device to be checked. All warranties are void if the device has been opened and/or any physical damage is incurred during the warranty period.
Liquid Damage:
MobiTech Repairs Ltd can repair any electronic product with liquid damage, but there is NO warranty offered on any liquid damage repair.
Courier pickup and delivery:
Liability of courier companies in respect to loss of or damage to goods on delivery is limited to $1500, subject to claim policies of the courier company.
Disclosure statement:
Delivery time for goods can vary depending on the source of the product. Any damage caused in freight is not MobiTech Repairs Ltd responsibility, we are happy to assist customer to claim the damage caused in freight as courtesy however it will be a sole decision of MobiTech Repairs Ltd if they will or will not to provide a replacement of refund to the customer depending on freight damage assessment done by the courier company. Collect your device within 4 weeks. Any device left beyond 4 weeks period will be disposed off and no replacement will be offered.
Damage during Repair:
In rare cases items could be damaged during repair and if a situation arises where the item is damaged beyond repair the customer would have to accept a replacement device.
